Writing
As a career writer, it’s hard to plug my books into a single category since I do a little bit of everything. So while I consider myself principally a writer of young adult fiction, I author books in a variety of genres, fiction and non.
Editing
The past seven years have found me wrestling words as an editor of various types of fiction, nonfiction, and newspapers. Now I spend my daylight hours working as a freelance editor and writer, where I write craptastic books and edit other books that are less so. 
Previous Work
I’ve been privileged to edit a number of excellent books in a multitude of genres. While the topics may vary, the primary focus is the same: smart, well-written books that are as beautiful as they are functional.

I tend to jet off around the world whenever possible, so I’m never sure where I’ll be at the end of the day. One place you can be sure to catch me is on Twitter. If Twitter’s not your thing, find me in other places. I’m sort of online a lot.
